Aggieland Sports Alliance
Aggieland Sports Alliance is a competitive basketball club for girls and boys in the Brazos Valley community and surrounding areas. It began in the Spring of 2010 as a research project for the Texas A&M Health and Kinesiology Department looking at cross-training in multi-sport participation for girls.

Clubs and teams form and join the AAU to participate in AAU licensed events or to take advantage of membership benefits such as insurance coverage. The AAU provides an online "Find a Club" tool (below) that will allow you to see what clubs are located in your area and contact them about age groups, tryouts, etc.

The Texas AAU Football & Cheer League (TXAAUYFL) is part of the Amateur Athletic Union which is the largest youth organization in the world. The TXAAUYFL was formed to create quality, competitive and fair opportunities for athletes to compete.

After you pay and submit your AAU non-athlete membership application, you will receive an email from support@ncsisafe.com. You must click on the link within the email and complete the questionnaire to START your background screen. AAU Membership years run from September 1st through August 31st.
